Lamb Of God

Lamb Of God adalah band metal yang dibentuk pada tahun 1990 di Virginia. Menganut aliran Groove Metal dengan nama Burn The Priest dan berubah menjadi Lamb Of God setelah merilis album pertamanya di tahu 1999 “Burn The Priest”.

Pada awalnya, band ini dibentuk hanya untuk mengisi waktu luang Mark Morton, Chris Adler, dan John Campbell semasa kuliahdi Virginia. Setelah lulus, barulah mereka sepakat untuk membentuk band ini dengan anggota baru Randy Blythe pada tahun 1995. Dan satu tahun sebelum sebelum merilis album pertama, anggota baru muncul Willie Adler dan terbentuklah formasi tetap Randy Blythe (vokal), Mark Morton (gitar), Willie Adler (gitar), John Campbell (bass), Chris Adler (drum) sampai sekarang.

Selain itu, music yang mereka mainkan juga dikenal sebagai New Wave Of American Heavy Metal.
